Duties:

• Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
• Proactively reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing and machining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
