TIMELINE & RESPONSIBILITES:

This position is designed to fast-track an individual looking to grow into a regional manager position within the first year.

The first 90-days ($34,300/year or $16.50/hour) will be spent learning what is required for day-to-day operations the laundromats. This is includes, but is not limited to, associate level cleaning tasks, customer assistance, basic machine operation, and inventory management.

After 90 days & a satisfactory performance review, you will be working as an assistant manager ($38,480/year or $18.50/hour). You will also be reimbursed for mileage while traveling between the laundromats within the local market. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Hiring & terminating employees, training & working side-by-side with staff to ensure employees are meeting the highest standards on every shift, providing ongoing coaching & feedback.
• Scheduling, approving payroll & training employees to use payroll app.
• Assisting the regional manager with day-to-day operations & management of the various locations.
• Assist Area Manager with collection of revenue- following all cash handling policies & procedures set forth by the company.
• Ensure locations are appropriately stocked with cleaning & vending supplies

Within one year, it is our goal to have you fully trained to operate as a regional manager ($40,560/year or $19.50/hour & have a company vehicle). This is based upon your ability to function independently in the assistant manager role & to further be able to:

• Evaluate & continually improve facilities in accordance with standards set forth by the company.
• Coordinate vendors &/or employees to accomplish facility improvements
• Monitor facility systems (AC, plumbing, electrical & video) for highest efficiency & meeting the highest safety standards
• Review video in a timely manner as an important means to protect the company from liability
• Assist in surrounding areas, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass background check

Valid driver's license & good driving record

Previous experience as a C-Store or fast food assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred

Bilingual- Spanish/English is preferred

Good written & verbal communication skills

Good time management & organizational skills

Computer literacy

Must comply with safety protocols

Pay: $34,300.00 - $40,000.00 per year
