Supernal is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Washington, DC

What we do:

The HRIS Analyst will manage and optimize our HRIS platform to support the HR department's operational needs and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and HR technology systems. They will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our HR data while also leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making.

What you can do:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, including system configuration, data integrity, and user access
  • Develop and implement HRIS procedures and protocols to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or new features
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to continuously optimize the HRIS platform
  • Manage HR data including employee records, compensation, benefits, and performance data
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Deliver training and support to HR and end-users on system functionality and best practices
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system upgrades or integrations
  • Ensure HRIS data security and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory changes impacting HR data management and reporting
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Proven experience with ADF Workforce Now
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including use of pivot tables, charts, and graphs

  • Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
