Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our manufacturing facilities in Alabama. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and supports the organization’s goal of establishing a top-tier Supply Chain department at the corporate level. The position is project-oriented and requires a self-driven individual who excels in a collaborative team environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Identify and lead key opportunities using a quantitative, data-driven approach to promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain team.
• Manage procurement, planning, logistics, and materials management activities.
• Develop and standardize reporting processes across the Supply Chain team.
• Establish processes and governance around standardized tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate data input and maintenance in information systems.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance in reporting to work, meetings, and assignments.
• Build strong relationships through effective interaction and teamwork.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

• A college degree in a related field and/or relevant work experience.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel or related data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management.
• Comfort with transitioning between office and manufacturing floor environments.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
• Competence in working well with all levels of an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
