Job description

Supply Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. This key position will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of business operations within an organization by collecting and analyzing operational data. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

The Operations Analyst will support executive decision making by contributing to the development and maintaining of accurate, dynamic operational analyses through Key Performance Indicators. This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative and proactive attitude and be able to work independently. If you are an organized and analytical professional with a passion for problem-solving, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor operational KPI's. Prepare reports and presentations outlining operational progress and outcomes and assist management in making necessary adjustments.
  • Utilize financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies. Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational data. Utilize ERP systems to effectively manage operations.
  • Provide analyses of operational cost data and make recommendations to management.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience in operations analysis, including experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Should be a strong communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience using ERP systems.
  • The successful candidate will have a collaborative and proactive attitude and be able to work independently and in teams.
  • Ensures high level of data collection and accuracy.
