We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Representative & Business Development Lead. As a leading provider of psychotherapy and psychiatry services in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, we require a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with long-term care facilities, stakeholders, and partners
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operations
- Manage and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and business development initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies
Requirements:
