Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to individuals
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services and resources
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services
- Assist with crisis intervention and provide emotional support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications:
-Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker
- Experience in mentoring, and crisis intervention
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
