SCFF is currently seeking: Full-Time & Part-Time Community Specialist to work with clients throughout the Reading and surrounding areas of Berk County PA.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 for full-time or $250 for part-time employment.

Pay rate starting at $16 per hour plus Milage reimbursement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's license & must have a vehicle
• Insurance and Registration
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical and background checks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and preparing meals.
• Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities in the community.
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities using an online system.
• Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
