We are ready to onboard a Korean cuisine executive chef who will be accountable for all aspects of operating a sanitary, organized, and stocked kitchen. Please apply if you have ample authentic Korean food knowledge and experience, at a high volume restaurant, flavoring BBQ, tofu soups, and other traditional Korean dishes to join our mom and pop single location restaurant. More flexibility in operations than your corporate restaurant.

Job Descriptions (But not limited to)

Ensure quick and quality food service; Devise efficient workflows without sacrificing food quality

Execute new seasonal recipes

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and sanitation guidelines according to the food code

Educate all cook staff about Korean food and ensure proper plating/ seasoning / preparation
