Surber's Windows & Doors is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Anderson, IN

Surber’s Windows and Doors, a family-owned Indiana business for over 44 years, is searching for a competitive person that likes to win daily and likes being part of a winning team. A successful sales representative of our company is friendly and optimistic. This person can use their restlessness and intense desire to succeed to close orders on pre-set appointments, so no calling is required!

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY:

There is a TON of older homes in Our MARKET that need their windows, doors and bathrooms updated. Since we’re Indiana’s EXCLUSIVE window dealer with a PHENOMENAL reputation, BUSINESS IS BOOMING so we need Top Producers to join our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Visiting Indiana homeowners to assess their window, door, and bathroom needs and conduct an informal but accurate list of popular options to solve their problems.

Use your persuasive skills and friendly disposition to facilitate orders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience is great, but not required.

Competitive individual that is persuasive, assertive, and strives to win.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Willingness to learn and follow our company system.

Flexibility to work 10:00am - 6:00pm and occasionally Saturday. (No Sunday’s)

Must pass drug and background checks.
