Surepass Driving School is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Simi Valley, CA
Must be able to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays at our office in Simi Valley
We are seeking someone with and excellent telephone voice, friendly personality and great customer service skills.
You must be able to use a windows computer. We use custom web based software, but you will need to have light excel skills and know how to use MS outlook.
You will be making outbound appointment confirmation calls and outbound appointment follow up calls where you will ask a short series of questions to our customers to ensure they received excellent service from us. This is not sales but service and the goal here is to identify service problems and solve them before we have any unhappy customers.
