- 1st Shift: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 12:30 am
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 pm - 6:30 am
- Perform audits at designated points during the production process
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of daily production
- Conduct daily sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage non-conforming products and unacceptable ingredients
- High attention to detail
- Able to be in compliance to GMP regulations. (removing accessories, piercings, etc.)
- Ability to work in a cold environment (35°ree; F); dressing in layers recommended
- Slip-resistant shoes required
- Basic computer skills
