SURESTAFF is Hiring a Warehouse Associate Near Indianapolis, IN
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $17/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) after 90 days.
Start time may vary, but shifts will be between 6a-5p. Overtime will be available as needed.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Operate Forklift to pull large orders.
- Follow instructions and adhere to all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
- Pick/Pack items that are 15lbs or less.
- MUST have forklift experience.
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Be able to work in the elements as this will not be a climate-controlled position.
- Understand that this job is approximately 35% forklift and the rest general cleaning & labor.
