The responsibilities of the maintenance technician will include; general repairs to rental units / common areas of buildings and grounds, vacant unit preparation, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, accepting deliveries, and installing appliances.

Our maintenance technicians may work with any of the following: * Electrical * Plumbing * Carpentry * Drywall * Painting * Flooring * Appliances * Exterior Structures (HVAC is a plus)

This position has the following requirements:

* Applicant must furnish their own basic tools. * Must have reliable transportation. * Candidate must possess a current valid driver's license and insurance. * Applicants must complete a background check.
