Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing repair, preventative, and emergency maintenance services including painting, plumbing, electrical, furniture and fixture repair. Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned. They play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment for both our members, guests and team members. Maintenance duties cover both the exterior and interior of the Clubhouse.

Maintenance Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inspects all systems and components of the Club to ensure they are operating properly, efficiently and safely.
• Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs to the General Manager.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, emergency repairs, and other jobs as necessary.
• Performs the schedule of work on a timely basis, ensuring that all elements of work meet Club standards.
• Maintains all storage areas, shop and mechanical areas in a clean, safe and secure manner.
• Keeps General Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so that prompt corrective action can be taken.
• Perform all job duties with attention to detail and with a minimum of disruption to Members and Guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Must have prior maintenance experience with general maintenance processes, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Ability to work various hours and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong attention and care to details.
• Passion for providing exceptional service, teamwork and collaboration.
• Must possess responsibility, reliability, and honesty.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, coworkers, members and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
