Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Quicken
- Knowledge of budgeting principles
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong understanding of tax procedures
- Ability to handle debits and credits accurately
- Familiarity with public accounting practices
- Excellent 10-key typing skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining financial records
