Typical task breakdown:

1. Spend Coordination
2. Understand and execute spend entry processes in FR3, Guided Buy and Coupa
3. Monitor spend progress for the division
4. Coordinate with procurement team for spend entry
5. Create efficient and transparent process for Spend coordination

Work environment:

In Office (east Peoria, IL office)

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelors Degree with at least 8 years experience in this technical capacity. Masters’ degree with at least 5 years experience in this technical capacity.

Technical Skills

Require Liaison / Coordination Contact General support oversight with customer focus on availability communications, focus on ensuring prompt support engagement for ALL issues, esp. Sev2/Sev1 issues.

Oversee software upgrades process esp. disruption communications

Understand structure and ensure general availability requirements of A2A Infrastructure

Maintain general awareness of A2A business applications, esp. availability

Monitor process for operational vendor team engagement

Learn all ticket content for all varieties of support issues

Problem Ticket monitoring, primarily watch for high impact problems. incl. mis-assigned, repeat problem elimination, most importantly ensure prompt attention to outages/service disruption

Change Ticket monitoring, oversee well-formed ticket entry and customer comms/engagement

Incident Ticket monitoring for high impact Incidents

Support Process oversight

Monitor for process improvement opportunities

Oversee infrastructure maintenance scheduling

Monitor Mission Critical Dedicated P1 Bridge chat

Seek Process improvement opportunities

Seek Automation opportunities

Seek self-service opportunities
