Surroundings Interiors is seeking an organized, friendly individual to oversee the operation of our design center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Answer emails in a timely fashion.
• Run credit card transactions.
• Maintain tidiness of the retail area and design center which includes light cleaning duties.
• Maintain, organize and update samples as needed.
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed, such as copying, mailing, and other clerical duties.
• Proficiency using Microsoft, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous office experience preferred, but not required.
• A knowledge of social media and marketing is a plus.
• Interest in Interior Design preferred but not required!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18.25 per week
