Sets up serving area and steam table line for business.

B. Stocks all front-of-the-house supplies for daily service.

C. Prepares variety of foods according to customers’ orders or instructions of superior, following approved procedures.

D. Stores food in designated containers and storage area to prevent spoilage.

E. Restocks all supplies needed for next shift.

F. Maintain sanitation (clean) and health and safety standards in the work area.
