Armed Security Officer
Job Summary:

Election season will begin July 1st and end on the 1st of January, 2025
Surveillance Security, Inc. is looking for a committed, professional, and presentable Armed Security Officer to join our team for the upcoming 2024 election season. The Armed Security Officer will play a critical role in upholding the safety and security of our government site contracts and their personnel. A strong candidate must have at least two years of experience as an armed security guard, hold a current armed license through AZ DPS, and have a valid driver's license.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols to secure the premises and detect any signs of intrusion
- Monitor surveillance equipment which includes metal detectors, wanding, and badging
- Vehicle patrols
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Enforce regulations and company policies to maintain order and prevent misconduct
- Provide assistance during emergencies if needed
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required
Skills:
- Proficient in techniques and procedures as an armed officer
- Strong understanding of surveillance methods and equipment
- Possess a valid armed license through Arizona DPS
- Excellent skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Experience in customer service
