Compensation:
$1600- $1800 per week

Must have evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Life of the party personality
  • Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
  • Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and the entire venue.
  • Manage inventory levels for food ingredients
  • Prepare an eclectic variety of signature dishes
  • Acute attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers


Qualifications or Requirements

  • 3 years sushi experience required
  • Ability to listen to and facilitate special requests from our clients
  • Exceptional and proven sushi workspace management ability
  • Strength in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to create a positive, fun, and exciting environment by interacting with our clients
  • Up to date with culinary trends and sushi preparation processes'
