Overview

Our Fixed Income technology team has a unique role for someone with an interest in the financial markets and the desire to build upon their analytical and technical skills.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who likes to problem solve. You will work directly with traders and developers to quickly assess, triage and resolve technical issues impacting our environment and business operations. Each day there is a new opportunity to solve a problem, assist a trader with questions about applications, help developers test out new features/fixes, or release a new version of an application.

In this role, you will

• Work with traders, operations, and developers to research, diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow through on reported issues and tracking them to resolution.
• Work on projects that assess impact of business / regulatory guideline changes within our existing technical infrastructure
• Query data and conduct detailed risk analysis across a variety of technology systems and platforms to develop multiple recommendations for your project teams
• Onboard/deboard users and applications
• Help with deployments, testing and infrastructure upgrades

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a business analysis, data analysis, testing, or support related role
• Ability to work in partnership with development, engineering and testing teams while also successfully managing projects and individual tasks with minimal guidance required
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate teamwork and interaction with colleagues and internal clients in a fast paced environment
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
