SIG Insurance Solutions, a surplus lines insurance company licensed in all 50 states, is looking for an executive assistant to provide administrative support to our senior level management team in our Richmond, VA office. We’re looking for an upbeat individual who can multi-task and assist our team with a range of office and business activities. In this role, you’ll be supporting our team by providing real-time scheduling support, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with expense reports and more. The right candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site five days a week opportunity to engage closely with our team and make a tangible impact.In this role, you will:• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and take messages accurately and courteously• Optimize executive schedules and engagements with strategic planning and foresight• Assist with travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights, ground transportation and other travel accommodations• Track expenses/reimbursements• Drive administrative projects and initiatives forward, contributing to the team's success
• At least two (2) years of experience in an executive or administrative support role • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and liaison• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets; knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint• Must be able to maintain confidential and sensitive information and materials with the utmost discretion• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and be flexible to adapt to changing itineraries• A proven track record of managing multiple priorities with strategic task prioritization• An eye for detail, ensuring high standards in all aspects of work• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team• A bachelor’s degree is preferred• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
