Hiring for a new ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER to join the team by August 1st!

Offering:

• Annual salary between $55,000 - $60,000 / year, Depending on Experience

Build connection with your team and community through:

• Upholding all facets and levels of restaurant operations and overall vibe
• Providing customer service with clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and leadership
• Being present and well versed across positions and shifts with an eye for quality control
• Partner with General Manager and Leads to to hire, train, and develop team members
• Assist General Manager in compliance with Federal and State requirements for the restaurant, keeping the restaurant organized and clean, maintaining vendor relationships,
• Representing the Sizzle Pie philosophy on hospitality
• Delegate effectively and empower employees

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Consent to a Background check
• Flexible Availability to meet the demands of the business and based on sports and concert event schedules
• Food Handler and OLCC Permit required
• Pizza experience required
• One or more years of experience leading a team in a high-volume food service
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to do repetitive activities with hands (for example: rolling dough balls and tossing)
• Work with a sense of timeliness, urgency, and speed
• Ability to clean as you go with attention to detail
• Exhibit professionalism and respect when interacting with arena employees and FOH
• Respect for all dietary choices: vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, and, gluten free

Sizzle Pie began as a friendship bonded by pizza- An independent pizzeria that would not only serve up the perfect slice but would also be host to a never-ending pizza party where everyone is welcome. We serve East Coast style slices and pies with a healthy blend of West Coast flair by turning the freshest, highest-quality ingredients into tried-and-true classics.
