• A passion for food, cooking, and the hospitality industry, being comfortable and competent in counter service and kitchen environment.
• Acting as Manager on Duty in absence of Manager, executing the schedule as written, and validating completion of opening/closing duties.
• Ensuring the crew executes high standards for a safe and hospitable customer experience.
• Executing Training systems to a high level for all crew members.
• Ensuring all health department standards are upheld by enforcing high sanitation standards.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring that safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Actively participate to maintain a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, and equitable for all team members.
• Maintaining communication with the whole team
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Additional duties may apply

Qualifications:

4 years of experience working in high-volume and/or customer-facing food service

1 or more years experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Corporate Trainer preferred

Valid Food Handlers Card and OLCC Beverage Permit required

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.

Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces.

Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments.
