Suttell & Hammer is growing a lot in Texas and we are looking to bring on an additional team member to assist our growing litigation team. We are excited to consider entry-level candidates and train them up.
Qualifications
- Required Education - JD
- Actively barred in Texas
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of collection laws in Texas, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA is a plus
- Actively barred in additional states is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work remotely from home office (headquarters in Bellevue, WA)
- Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc.
- Make semi-regular court appearances on behalf of large banks (online and in-person as needed)
