Summary:
Responsible for ensuring titles, liens, mortgage satisfactions and uniform commercial codes (UCC) are recorded by the appropriate state or county agency in order to protect the Bank's interest. Responsible for loan filing and document retrieval, scanning and indexing loan documents into the document imaging software for long-term storage.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Notary Public.
Experience: Three months of related experience and/or training. General PC knowledge.
