- Manage hotel room reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and policies to guests
- Process payments and ensure accuracy of guest information
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
