- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
