Commercial Senior Property Manager

SVN Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this strategic role is to expand and manage our diverse property portfolio, encompassing both commercial and residential assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, marketing initiatives, leasing strategies, project management, and vendor coordination.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in managing a variety of property types, including NNN, industrial, retail, and office buildings, as well as residential properties. Primary Responsibilities:

• Target potential properties to manage
• Manage vendors in regards to maintenance and repairs
• Maintain rent rolls, create lease abstracts and track lease renewals for managed properties
• Track proper insurance coverage for all entities
• Work with the accountant to maintain all property management accounting and financial records
• Prepare monthly management reports for entity owners
• Prepare CAM budgets and CAM reconciliations for managed properties
• Contact vendors to obtain costs for capital expenditures and projects.
• Perform general office administrative

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Property Manager
• Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, and solve problems promptly
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management 
• Familiarity with Yardi and Google Suite is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting
• Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work independently
• Positive, can-do, professional attitude

Real Estate License Required

Monday to Friday, 8-5 

Full time position with the option for part time DOE

Base salary DOE plus potential for bonuses
