Job Overview:
SVTronics, Inc., a leading Electronic Contract Manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AS9100:2008 Certified and ISO 13485 compliant organization, SVTronics specializes in providing a wide range of electronic manufacturing services, including PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, mechanical assembly, testing, and more. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for PCB Assembly with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the PCB assembly process, strong relationships with PCB vendors, and proficiency in ERP systems. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming RFQs by providing guidance to the quoting team and customers to enhance the likelihood of securing the quote.

· Collaborate closely with the quoting team to ensure accurate and competitive quotes are delivered promptly.

· Lead and manage PCB assembly orders from customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place before booking the order.

· Serve as the single point of contact for all communications between customers and SVTronics, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure order timelines are met within budget.

· Process, track, and resolve customer complaints and change requests efficiently.

· Strive to consistently exceed customer expectations by providing timely job status and progress reports.

· Notify customers promptly of any late shipments, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

· Initiate and manage Customer Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) to process parts/assemblies for repair or replacement.

· Ensure RMAs are completed and closed quickly, minimizing costs for both the customer and the company.

Qualification:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PCB assembly industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience managing relationships with PCB vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in [specific ERP software, if applicable].
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Experience with PCB design software and tools.
