The Customer Service Specialist will work directly with our customers and sales team to assist them with their needs. This position falls under the Sales & Customer Facing departments and reports to the Sales Support Manager.
****The ideal candidate should have mechanical or technical aptitude: a good sense of how things are built, logical processes (Ie: enjoys taking apart computers, enjoys tinkering in a work shop, enjoys programming computers, enjoys following schematics, etc...) and have strong computer skills.

TRAVEL
Limited travel is expected between offices. There will be occasional travel to meetings and training.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School degree or GED required.
· Two- or four-year degree preferred.
· Customer service experience in instrumentation or process related industry preferred
· Experience with SAP preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES
· Regularly required to use hands to keyboard, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
· Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs.
· Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time.
· Occasionally required to stand, walk, and occasionally kneel, crouch or crawl.
· Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision; peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
