Job description- SWUS District Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to join our team in the Southern Texas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, experience in selling analytical instruments or related products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The District Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the South region.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned district.
· Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
· Collaborate with the technical support team to provide customers with product information, demonstrations, and technical support as needed.
· Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Business) is preferred.
· Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, with a preference for experience in analytical instruments or related technology products.
· Strong understanding of the water analysis industry and its applications is a plus.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned district.
· A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
