Compensation: $15 /hr. DOE
Seeking a professional, multi-tasking, and organized Full Time Administrative Assistant for a busy accounting firm who is capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking a professional, multi-tasking, and organized Full Time Administrative Assistant for a busy accounting firm who is capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Opening the office, no later than 8am.
- Checking our mailbox and preparing conference rooms for daily meetings.
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Scanning and faxing several files each day.
- Greeting and assisting clients including scheduling appointments.
- Preparing daily mail. Including taking certified mailings to the post office.
- Assembling tax returns for partner review.
- Ordering supplies for the office.
- Take and record payments on client accounts. Send daily reports to A/R.
- Scheduling proper office maintenance. Examples include shredding, water filters, etc.
- Providing properly secured copies to authorized individuals.
- Assisting manager in office activities and catering duties.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
This position does require movement. Up and down to deliver files, stocking supplies, delivering mail to staff, picking up catering orders for the office, etc.
Reliable transportation is a must. The hours are full-time, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, punctuality is essential. This time does include an hour unpaid lunch.
