Job Description:
Manufacturing Expertise [Critical]:
Knowledge and experience in Pharma and/or Medical Device Manufacturing related operational transformation
Executed Digital Transformation strategies in Manufacturing or Quality domains incl experience in Applications (like MES, CMMS, QMS) Configuration and/or Deployment;
Strong expertise in Pharma Manufacturing or MedTEch Manufacturing
Sufficient experience in driving IT/OT convergence.
Expertise in CMC, PD and /or Quality Desirable
Experience in Cell & Gene Therapies/mRNA desirable
Nice to have experience in the area of Pharma Q uality and cGMP / GAMP.
Conversant with the usage of Enterprise as well as Plant IT applications across ISA S95. in the pharma manufacturing industry and Familiarity with S95 & S88 standards
Experience on Digital Manufacturing / Pharma 4.0 or Industry 4.0
Hands on experience in transformational and/or consulting engagement is a must
Roles & Responsibilities
Driving and executing transformative engagements to deliver the transformation objectives by assessing value drivers and defining digital intervention to drive the Digital Manufacturing Maturity.
