JOB SUMMARY

Senior Sales Advisors are responsible for creating and following up on leads for roofing sales. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to qualify and set appointments in order to educate the clients about their roofing needs and ultimately close sales. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience is not necessary; we provide the training to make you successful!

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door
  • Set appointments with customers
  • Educate customers on their roofing needs
  • Close roofing sales
  • Travel by foot, truck, automobile, or bicycle to deliver or sell services.
  • Develop a prospect list or lead list.
  • Circle back and check on customers who are in the position to close
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Work an assigned territory, often up to 30-50 houses or locations per day.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Communicate the company’s value propositions to all clients
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • No sales experience required
  • Strong presentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to climb ladders and get on rooftops
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs

Pay: $130,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
