In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision, we are currently seeking Sales Operations Associate for our for our corporate in Richmond, VA.

This position will serve as primary support to the Manager, Sales Infrastructure and Operations. This position will be responsible for assisting in the administration and coordination of support functions to the Field Sales organization, including, but not limited to: CRM data management, validating new CRM development, Fleet administration, and other sales support responsibilities as assigned by management.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Test and validate newly developed CRM updates to ensure they meet required standards of functionality
• Manage store adjustments as required by CRM users
• Maintain large national chain store lists using reports and other data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with coordination of field sales meetings and events
• Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliation of fleet data
• Maintain organized records of various documents and information related to fleet operations Administration of vehicle permits
• Coordinate vehicle Insurance and Maintenance processes
• Manage employee records with fleet management company
• Tracking of mileage and fringe reporting
• Administer and track driver training requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Provide support in the development of the annual sales plan by contributing relevant data and insights as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel and data entry
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working at a computer, & attending and/or leading effective meetings. Ability to drive a vehicle & travel on an airline

The starting salary range for this position is between $66,200 - $88,200 . This position is eligible to receive an annual incentive based on regional performance.

Starting pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. These factors could result in a starting pay that is higher than the salary range listed.
