Job Description:
As an Evening Part-Time Kitchen Cleaning and Prep Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors.
• Washing dishes and ensuring they are properly stored.
• Assisting with prep tasks such as changing fryer oils, cleaning and organizing ice cream cases, making homemade waffles cones, etc.
• Following food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• We need a proactive, self-starting teammate who excels at time management and can show up and assess what needs to be done and get to work from start of shift to finish.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Dependable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work evenings.
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
