Job Description:
THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION. TYPCIALLY 10PM TO 6AM.

The Sweet Spot Cafe is seeking a Donut Maker to join our team. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. As a Donut Maker, you will be responsible for crafting and preparing a wide variety of delicious, fresh donuts that will leave our customers craving for more. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing unique flavors and experimenting with different fillings and glazes. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our cafe and help maintain our reputation for exceptional pastries.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of donuts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Mix dough, roll, shape, and cut donuts using specialized equipment.
- Monitor and adjust cooking temperatures and times to ensure consistent quality.
- Experiment with new flavors, fillings, and glazes to create unique donut offerings.
- Decorate and present donuts in an appealing and attractive manner.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.

Requirements:
- HARD WORKER WILLING TO LEARN THE SKILLS NEEDED as a Donut Maker.
- Creativity and passion for developing unique flavors and innovative donut designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment when necessary.
- Flexibility to work early LATE NIGHTS, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
