Sweetwater at Indian Wells HOA- OMNI Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (part-time) Near Murrells Inlet, SC
We are looking for a new Maintenance technician, friendly and personable, who enjoys coming to work.
Tasks/Work orders include maintaining buildings, rescreening porches, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, painting doors, help maintaining 8 pools, some light plumbing, electrical work, etc. Our new technician needs a practical mind and an attention to detail. The goal is to maintain the buildings, common areas and pools in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, screen replacement etc.)
Skills
- This job is perfect for someone looking to work outdoors, or someone looking for a low stress yet rewarding job.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC. And must have experience with general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of common tools
Required
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
- Possible weekends in the summer
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
