Construction RepresentativeRemote

We are currently seeking aConstruction Representative to join our team The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in construction and projectmanagement with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Construction Representative will be responsible for overseeingand managing all aspects of construction projects ensuring thatthey are completed on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards.

KeyResponsibilities :

Serve as themain point of contact for clients contractors and otherstakeholders involved in construction projects

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance withbuilding codes safety regulations and client requirements

Create and maintain project schedules budgets andprogress reports

Coordinate with subcontractorsand suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials andservices

Conduct regular site visits to monitorprogress and ensure quality control

Address anyissues or concerns that arise during construction and implementsolutions to keep the project on track

Communicate updates and progress to clients and stakeholders on aregular basis

Ensure that all constructionactivities are carried out in accordance with company policies andprocedures

Maintain accurate and organizedproject documentation including contracts change orders and otherrelevant paperwork

Conduct final inspectionsand oversee the completion of punch lists to ensure all work iscompleted to the clients satisfaction

Providesupport and guidance to the project team including contractorssubcontractors and other personnel

Keepuptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuouslyimprove construction processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in construction project managementpreferably in commercial or residential construction

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials andbuilding codes

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Ability to read andinterpret construction plans and specifications

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite

Strong organizational and timemanagementskills

Ability to work independently and aspart of a team

Valid drivers license andreliable transportation.
