Job Description:
Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements.
Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus.
Required to write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large scale business units.
Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow up with transportation providers.
Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required.
Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards is required.
Expected to produce large scale improvements on return of claims checks and identifying future opportunities within carrier contracts.
Technical Skills:
SAP would be helpful, SQL server would be highly recommended.
