The Pre-Owned Inventory Analyst will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to grow into a leadership position. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities:

• V-Auto Merchandising- book sheets and descriptions
• Wholesales- book all auction wholesale deals, create wholesale orders, cut checks, and prepare all documents
• Maintain purchases, track titles, and post payments
• Handle all issues that arise with a sense of urgency
• Process all centralized purchases through DMS system
• Finalize all paperwork including cutting checks and preparing all documents and submit to the dealerships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through inventory tracking systems and communicate with dealerships
• Work with transportation team to assure best practices are being followed. Follow up on any issues to completion.
• Point of contact for preowned processing team.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
• Be willing to learn and take direction
• Self-starter, motivated by results, problem solver and a team player
• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
