Heart & Soul Marketing is looking for a proven social creative strategist who acts as strategic lead in managing and building a portfolio of client brands online. You will get to demonstrate how you are a creative-idea-generating dual threat that can put his/her/their plans into action. You will be responsible for everything from managing a brand’s social strategy, editorial calendars, social objectives, partnering in the creative development with a young team and executing content - organically and with paid amplification.
As a social creative strategist, we want you to think strategically, to connect to your clients’ brands as well as your unique creative POV on how to continually innovate within the social ecosystem. You’ll be integrating and collaborating across teams in this client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic lead for our clients’ brand channels where we need you to collaborate with creative, strategy and client teams to create strategic social media content that breaks through to engage with key audiences
Oversee unified organic and paid social content development and execution
Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for content and channel questions for internal and client teams, proactively bringing innovative social strategies and ideas
Is actively engaged with agency PM Tool (ActiveCollab) and works independently to create and manage all social projects through the system
Accountable for 2-3 monthly reports of social content performance, including setting and planning KPIs
Community management for up to 2-3 brands’ social presence, including some work on weekends / evenings / holidays
The role may be responsible for sourcing and contracting social media influencers for clients as needed
Qualifications:
At least 3-4 years experience managing the social media presence for a minimum of 2 brands (not just your own social media channels) across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
Fluent in social analytics, social listening, and automation tools to drive reporting and insight development
Must be able to translate analytics into insights that are tangible to the client and actionable for our agency to ensure constant performance improvements
Creative collaborator who can demonstrate his/her/their ability to work across multiple groups without perfect information
Understands influencer marketing, how it intersects with social media and how to build recommendations for partnerships
A self-motivated, proactive team player with strong time management skills who meets deadlines and executes tasks without the need for regular supervision
We trust you to get work done on time, bringing the team along the journey as needed and when necessary
2-3 years experience working in Google Suite, building presentations and presenting to stakeholders, internal and external clients

This role will be integrated across 2-3 key accounts for the agency, and he/she/they will be working closely across all disciplines in the agency. As we have just laid the foundation of a new content studio, this position will be a key strategist that will be paired with a creator to work as a dynamic duo as needed for social content. As this person shows aptitude, the position may become eligible to grow within our new studio, move into a senior social leader or transition into a broader strategy, account service or creative role within the greater agency.
