Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:Swift7 Consultants, a premier marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
- Provide detailed information about our services, answer questions, and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
- Manage and document customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and feedback, in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
