Job Description:

Swift7 Consultants, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data to support our various projects and client initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update client and project data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
2. Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
3. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
4. Organize and maintain files and records to ensure data integrity and easy access.
5. Conduct regular data quality checks and clean-up tasks to maintain database accuracy.
6. Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis by other team members.
7. Coordinate with team members to ensure data is current and consistent across all platforms.
8. Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure data security.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
