Client StoryMeet Michael, an 11-year-old boy brimming with curiosity and a love for animals. Despite his diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures and autism, he radiates gentleness. Michael's day is filled with the joyful chaos of five dogs, five cats, a ferret, a parrot, and a turtle, his cherished companions. To ensure his safety and well-being, his mother seeks a nurse who adores animals and possesses both agility and authority. Michael, though gentle, can be persuasive, requiring someone who can set clear boundaries with kindness. The ideal nurse will accompany Michael on his school van rides, overseeing his needs, including bathroom assistance and gentle redirection. As his seizures need monitoring, reliability and preparedness are paramount—clearances and readiness for immediate start are essential. This role isn't just about caregiving; it's about becoming part of Michael's animal-filled world, providing him with the support and stability he needs to thrive.

- Client Support Pay - This is the rate paid to you for supporting clients within your team.
- Service Continuity Pay - This is the pay that is paid to every employee for every 500 hours of in-home services delivered.
- Weekly Team Pay = This is the pay that is paid to every member of the care team who has delivered 30 or more hours of in-home services without any overtime.
