Effective Pay RateWhen you work at SwiftShift, you are paid per your Effective Pay Rate. Effective Pay Rate has 4 major components:
Client StoryMeet Hannah, a vibrant three-year-old in need of compassionate care. Hannah requires an LPN or RN from 8 AM to 4:15 PM or 8 AM to 5:15 PM daily. Her home, nestled in a serene countryside, is a welcoming environment with no pets, no siblings, and is smoke-free. However, there are steps leading into the house and down to the lower level where Hannah's room is located. Hannah faces challenges with feeding due to her gastrostomy tube, receiving bolus feedings throughout the day. Despite this, she radiates joy and curiosity, embodying an active and intellectually curious spirit. Hannah attends school half-days from Tuesday to Friday and engages in occupational, physical, and speech therapy on Mondays. She also diagnosed with Autism. Join us in providing Hannah with the care and support she deserves in her journey of growth and development.

- Service Pay - This is the rate paid to you for delivering in-home services to the client.
- Client Support Pay - This is the rate paid to you for supporting clients within your team.
- Service Continuity Pay - This is the pay that is paid to every employee for every 500 hours of in-home services delivered.
- Weekly Team Pay = This is the pay that is paid to every member of the care team who has delivered 30 or more hours of in-home services without any overtime.
