The production environment is operational 24/7 so the technician is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot complex equipment in charge of production processes. There is high speed automated production machinery, and other manufacturing equipment. Job Details: Schedule: 6am - 3pm (Mon-Fri, Sat and OT as needed)Responsibilities: Provide Support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and other issues and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment to maximize efficienciesComplete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAPParticipate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipmentAssist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts PlannerProvide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reportsSupport the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtimeMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programsOperate with technical skill the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system.
