What does a Service Technician, Fountain Installer do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role, you will work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served. You will perform soda fountain installations, removals, repairs, and maintenance while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Install, remove, and service fountain machines, syrup lines, and pump systemsDiagnose, repair and install fountain machines and accompanying equipmentEnsure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for consumer useMaintain an accurate parts inventory Ability to use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assuranceReport inventory accurately for business accountabilityPovide excellent customer service Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificateMust have a valid drivers license and willing to obtain, maintain DOT medical cardMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh level of technical and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift 50 pounds
